QA/QC Introduction

QA/QC
According to Quality Management System ISO9001:2000, a independent department: Quality Control Department is in charge of quality control from the very beginning :picking out raw materials and testing raw materials, to finished products. QC employees shall check the unfinished products at random in each step during the whole production. When the QC find a problem, he/she has the right to stop the production. After all is ok, the production can go on.

QC Department also takes charge of dealing with the complaint from our customer, and make sure that our customer is satisfied with our products and service.
